Marta Honer (General Music, Strings, LA’s Best Partnership) is an active musician and teacher freshly relocated to Los Angeles. Having performed across the United States, Quebec, Spain and Portugal, Marta is well versed in both classical and contemporary music fields. Recent highlights include performing at Coachella, Nokia Theater, with Deltron3030, and recording for HBO’s Project Greenlight. An avid teacher as well as performer, Marta has enhanced per pedagogy training by taking Suzuki Method coursework at the American Suzuki Institute, DePaul University and with teachers at the Colburn School. She is a graduate of the acclaimed Interlochen Arts Academy, and DePaul University (B.M.) in viola performance.
