ETM-LA welcomes music and arts educators at all career-levels to join us in expanding your skills and techniques to help you become a fresh and dynamic music teacher in the new school year.
Over four days we’ll explore culturally relevant and diverse strategies for teaching music in low-income area communities with best practices in classroom management, assessment, immersive and inspiring learning environments, student engagement, and curriculum design. Furthermore, we will dive into specific pedagogies including Kodály, Orff, Dalcroze, and movement.
Our sessions will feature special renowned presenters alongside ETM-LA’s own program team who have experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
