2025 Summer Teacher Training Academy

Summer TEACHER TRAINING

Since 2006, ETM-LA’s flagship professional development opportunities have nurtured over 500 music educators.

The Summer Teacher Training Academy provides immersive and experiential training over the course of a week to further prepare participants for teaching music in school. Teachers gain practical music instruction and ensemble skills through inquiry, collaborative exercises, diverse pedagogy, creative expression, and discovery.

Our sessions will feature special presenters alongside ETM-LA’s own program team who have experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
