Diane Ji

Development Coordinator

Diane Ji (she/her), Development Coordinator, has always found a way to weave music into her life, whether through learning, teaching, performing, or supporting backstage. She is incredibly grateful for all of these opportunities and the first-hand experience of music’s power to connect and transform communities. Studying Biological Anthropology and Business Psychology at UC San Diego reinforced her conviction that positive, lasting change starts with uplifting diverse communities and individuals, and music does just that through encouraging creativity and collaboration.

Prior to joining ETM-LA, Diane supported development operations at research institutions and disability service organizations, and she is thrilled to bring those experiences to a mission ensuring meaningful music education for all students. Since moving to Los Angeles after college, she has planted roots in the city through joining Suara Southeast Asian Choir and Symphony of the Verdugos, running and hiking, and exploring LA’s vibrant music, art, and food scenes.
